BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a bilingual (Japanese–English) coordinator with 5+ years of experience supporting stakeholders and customers at Point Mugu, CA. This role requires proven success in building rapport with Japanese defense stakeholders, navigating complex business, cultural, and diplomatic environments, and supporting effective U.S.-Japan program execution. Salary
The typical annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 USD to $110,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.

EDUCATION
Degree: BA or BS in Business, International Relations, Communication, Political Science, or a relevant discipline
Preferred: Master's degree in International Relations, Asian Studies, Leadership, or related field
Allowable Substitution: An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant associate degree.
CLEARANCE
Condition of Employment: Applicant must have or be able to receive and maintain an active DoD SECRET Clearance. The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
